Description:
Wooden figurine of a lokapala (guardian king). Both feet and underarms are missing, the right shoulder as well as the right side of the head are charred away. The face with a broad nose and bulging eyes has a very determined expression. The figure is wearing a knee-length robe as well as a cloak on the back. The wide sleeves end in knots. Few traces of black paint remain, the surface is generally very worn.
