Description:
Square porcelain dish with enamel decoration. This square dish has flared sides and a recessed base. Black, turquoise, yellow and red overglaze enamels have been used to paint a peacock emerging from behind a giant tree peony with opposing pairs of prunus and with bamboo and another shrub at the rim. Outside it is glazed but not decorated.
