Description:
A ‘cloud collar’. Square in shape, with round neckline and slit. Four-limbed, light brown self-colour damask cloth appliquéd onto natural cream satin silk cloth. Latter embroidered with polythrome floral motifs, worked in silk threads; scalloped outer edge. Neckline, edge of appliquéd cloth and collar’s edge all piped with mid-blue satin silk cloth. Lined with six unequal sized pieces of blue tabby cotton cloth. Some staining of lining.
