Description:
Cup (coffee). Made of enamelled porcelain. Coat of arms. Withe (of Norfolk) “Azure three griffins passant in pale or”, with the crest (not recorded), “A griffin segreant or holding in its claws a spear in pale piercing a boar’s head erased azure.” The coat in pretence is probably Lubbock, “Argent on a mount vert a stork close ermine on a chief gules three estoiles of the field” (although the estoiles are not painted)., quatering another coat.
