Description:
A woman’s ceremonial coat (sleeveless) / over-gown, a ‘sikok’; calf-length. Made from weft dominant twill woven wool cloth (green ‘ground’) with narrow white, pink, red and blue bands. Centre front opening; square cut armholes. Brocaded cloth stitched to shoulders: all-over diamond patterning: gold metal-wrapped thread on a maroon satin silk ground. Pink/red satin silk piping at hemline and vents. Unlined. Small holes in woollen cloth.
