Description:
Chariot-fitting. Finial to chariot-shafts terminating in a cap in the shape of an animal head entirely covered with spirals. Four of the five sides are decorated. On the top are the eyes, the nose and a pair of horns. On the front there is a row of teeth. The bottom is plain and fitted with a loop with a removable ring covered in spirals. Made of bronze.
