Description:
Porcelain tripod censer with monochrome blue glaze and white slip decoration. This shallow round censer has inwardly curving sides and stands on three short plump legs. Chrysanthemum sprays growing from these legs are painted in a white slip on a monochrome deep blue ground. Inside the blue-tinted glaze is speckled with accidental blue splashes.
