Comments:Bumpas are used in Tibet to sprinkle sacrednectar (saffron-infused water mixed with otheringredients) onto images, offerings and initiates. The nectar is also poured into the cupped handsof disciples. They savour a bit and pour the reston their heads for internal transformation andblessings. The body of the vessel is usuallycovered in textile.
