Description:
Carved ivory box with pierced lid and solid foot. The lid is decorated with two bats holding peaches on the top and flower and fruit sprays on four sides. The base section has flower sprays incised inside and carved in relief outside. There is a shou (longevity) carved on the exterior base. The carvings are slightly coloured.
