Description:
Oval silver box with the top and sides of the lid overlaid with pierced silver foliate openwork and hatched leaves and with engraved flowers on the sides at regular intervals. The openwork layer is attached by four rivets at side. At the centre on the lid, within a corded border, is a soapstone carving of Shou Lao holding a peach. The base is engraved.
