Description:
Porcelain bowl with underglaze blue decoration. This bowl has rounded sides and an everted rim and stands on flared foot ring. Designs are outlined in thin blue lines and infilled with a pale blue wash. Inside in a double ring medallion is an immortal standing on waves, carrying a giant peach. Outside four other immortals are shown evenly spaced, standing facing alternately forwards and backwards. The inner and outer rim and foot are all marked with double blue lines. An apocryphal six-character Chenghua mark in a double ring marks the base.
