The design is unusual and shows five lotuses supporting offerings. These are the 五珍寶 (wu zhen bao ‘Five Treasures’: lotus, sacred mountain, peach, conch shell and candlestick). Potters at Jingdezhen made copies of this design seen here in the Qing dynasty. Genuine Chenghua porcelain has a mild yellow cast, is slightly irregular in form and the compositions of the motifs are well-balanced where as Qing porcelain is a purer colour and the enamels are flatter. There is a six-character Chenghua mark in a double rectangle in underglaze blue on the base.Porcelain with underglaze cobalt-blue and overglaze enamels in doucai-styleJingdezhen, Jiangxi province 江西省, 景德鎮Qing dynasty, about AD 1700–1800 PDF A711 鬥彩五珍圖杯此淺杯二次燒成,外部為結合釉下青花和釉上彩的鬥彩風格裝飾。
