Description:
Small bowl with rounded sides, a mantou 饅頭 [lit. ‘steamed bread-bun’ i.e. raised] centre and footring. Outside decorated with four medallions of ‘shou’ (longevity) characters, two in green and one each in blue and yellow enamel. Iron-red ground of lotus flowers on a dense scrolling leaf ground. Base bears an apocryphal four character iron-red Qianlong mark in a double ring.
