Description:
Porcelain bowl with underglaze blue decoration. This bowl has rounded sides, an everted rim and a straight foot. Inside its decoration is reserved in white on a blue ground. In the centre there is a medallion containing a flower head in a ring of scrolling leaves and in the well a lotus flower and leaf design repeated three times. Outside is a continuous scroll with four lotus flowers in blue. The base carries a six-character Wanli reign mark.
