Description:
Porcelain bowl with slightly curving sides. The bowl has cobalt-blue glaze on interior and exterior, with a narrow band of coffee glaze at the rim, and brownish-black slip on foot-ring and base. There are two four-clawed dragons, clouds and a flaming pearl incised on interior. There is an inscription on the base.

The many colours of the Chenghua ‘chicken cups’, After the plain wares these colours were created. Composed by the Qianlong Emperor in the second month in the Spring of the bingshen year [AD 1776].’ The seal at the end reads 朗潤 (langrun ‘clear and unctuous’).Porcelain with incised decoration covered with a cobalt-blue glazeJingdezhen, Jiangxi province 江西省, 景德鎮Qing dynasty, AD 1644–1662 PDF 501藍釉盤此碗施鈷藍釉，近口沿處飾一圈醬彩，圈足施醬色釉汁。內部刻劃兩條四爪龍紋、雲紋及火珠紋。器底有乾隆御制詩，詩文為：“落霞彩散不留形， 浴出長天霽色青。成化鷄缸誇五色，椎輪於此溯儀刑。乾隆丙申仲春御題。”意為：日落時的晚霞消散無痕跡，天空湛藍無垠。在單色釉器物出現之後，有了成化時期的雞缸杯上的多種彩色。乾隆皇帝作于丙申年（1776年）仲春月。詩尾附“朗潤”印一方（意為清朗潤澤）。瓷器，劃花，鈷藍釉江西省景德鎮清代，1644-1662年
