Description:
A pair of man’s boots, worn by a high official; calf-length, boat-shaped with deep sole. Made from red tabby wool cloth with nap. Higher at front centre top than back. Silk braiding (commercial) stitched in a vertical line centre front, around sides and along bottom: cream and shades of blue. Brown leather sole and piping to top edge.
