Description:
A banner (?). Leather tube [25 cms long] stuffed with wool (?) covered with four identically shaped streamers, pear-drop shaped at the top, with alternating yellow and dark blue streamers below. Upper section made of orage damask silk cloth (lined with coarse natural cream tabby hemp (?) cloth; streamers made from satin silk cloth. Large amber bead on top, threaded through cream leather tie. Black wax seal with shield-shaped impression containing Chinese character on reverse.
