Comments:A note (handwritten in pencil) is attached to the note and reads: ‘2000 cash, Shensi Fu Tai Local Bank, 1928. This bill, although a small bit of paper, is manufactured through the blood and sweat of the compatriots after many processes, therefore users of this bill should protect it and not crumple it because if it is destroyed it needs to be replaced and further add to our burden. Workers, farmers, merchants, scholars, army under the guidance of the KMT unite together to finish the People’s Revolution.’
