Description:
Porcelain barrel-shaped vase with crackled green glaze and cut-down neck with metal mount. This barrel-shaped vase has a slightly flared foot and a cut-down neck which is mounted in gilded bronze. It has an unglazed but treated base which is recessed within an outer foot ring. It is covered with a dark green crackled glossy glaze typical of late Ming celadons from Longquan kilns.
