Apricot round vases are a traditional variety of ancient Chinese porcelain. They have been fired in almost every dynasty since the Yongzheng period of the Qing Dynasty. During the Xuantong period, there were varieties of apricot round vases, such as kiln changed glazes, imitation official glazes, and eastern blue glazes, all of which were produced in a regular manner, reflecting the end of the extravagant life of the feudal rulers of the Qing Dynasty.
