[Black lacquer gold painted tower clock]
Black lacquer gold painted tower clock, Switzerland, 20th century, with a total height of 65 centimeters, a length of 78 centimeters, and a thickness of 39 centimeters
The clock is a model of a building and villa. The carving and painting of the bricks, railings, and windows are very delicate and seem to have some roots. The villa base is equipped with eight music machines, which are strung on the left side of the seat. The door of the villa has a three needle clock, which is wound at the back
There is a “Bovet Freres” logo on the clock dial, which is a product of the famous Swiss watchmaker and dealer Bovet (who later emigrated to the United Kingdom).
