A camisole with a round standing collar, a pipa lapel with a right lapel, sleeveless, and a train that opens from left to right. The interior is decorated with a white plain textile silk lining, with a copper gilded gold chiseled flower buckle on the neckline, and a copper gilded gold “expensive” coin style buckle on the other side
This small waistcoat is made of purple zhang suede, woven with patterns such as pomegranate, bergamot, peony, ribbon, bat, ten thousand characters, and group longevity, implying multiple offspring, multiple blessings, and multiple longevity. It is collectively referred to as the Three Thousand Generations of Happiness and Longevity. The work successfully utilizes the unique technological characteristics of Zhangrong, using two different weaving techniques, loop and cut, to express different visual effects using the same color silk thread. The light and shade of the pile and the pile surface contrast with each other, and the pattern is alternately developed, making the pattern well-arranged and particularly clear. This is the emperor’s casual clothes.
