The clock has a dial on all four sides, hence its name. This clock is started by a set of movements and can tell the time and the moment. The carved flowers on the four sided clock plate panel are very delicate, with patterns depicting stories such as the group of immortals wishing their birthday, the fairy riding on the phoenix, and the Jiangnan plucking lotus. They are representative works of Suzhou carved flowers panel. There is an octagonal pavilion at the top of the bell, and the hall is decorated with dragons and beads.
