Greenfield Pink Flower and Bird Pattern Cover Bowl, Qing Guangxu, with a height of 8.8 cm, a diameter of 11 cm, and a foot diameter of 4.4 cm
Bowl round lid, grip button, slightly curled mouth, curved belly, circle foot. Decorated with pastel paint, the lid is painted around a golden line. The inner wall of the bowl is painted with white glaze, and the lid and outer wall of the bowl are painted with green glaze. The surface is painted with bird and flower patterns. The cover button inside and the outer bottom of the bowl are printed in red color in regular script with six characters, “Made in the Guangxu Year of the Qing Dynasty.”
This bowl is painted with purple, yellow, grass green and dark green on the emerald green ground, which is very unique. The patterns are similar in style to the Da Yazhai porcelain patterns produced in the first year (1875) and the second year (1876) of Guangxu, or are products of the same period< There are two types of bowl covers: skimming and straight folding, with the abdomen tucked down, the feet circled, and the lid mostly fastened to the inner opening of the bowl.
