The clock is made of red sandalwood inlaid with mother-of-pearl inlaid with a treasure pattern. The clock panel is plated with copper and engraved with 10000 characters on the ground. The four corners and upper center are decorated with bat patterns and longevity characters, implying “ten thousand blessings and ten thousand longevity”. The center of the panel is a two pin clock dial. The clock is equipped with two sets of movements for running and striking.
