The pot is in the shape of a small upper bucket and a large lower bucket, with a flat bottom and a square corner shape. The pot body is engraved with the three characters “Zi Sun Yi” in the seal script. The seal letter “Yulin” is stamped on the bottom seal. Ginger yellow sand mud, moist and delicate. This pot has a square and round shape, giving a feeling of hardness and softness
“Yulin” refers to Huang Yulin (1842-1913), a famous pot maker during the reign of Emperor Daoguang and Emperor Xianfeng of the Qing Dynasty. He was skilled in making various types of clay pots such as Duoqiu, Gongchun, and Yuhua Dragon Pots, and his sand pots were exquisite and did not lose their ancient meaning.
