British perfume bottle, late Qing Dynasty, 28cm high and 11cm wide. The old collection of the Qing Palace
The perfume bottle is trapezoidal and the cap is polygonal. The outer packaging box is lined with a soft satin package, and the box is painted with a golden curly grass flower border. The opening of the box is equipped with a golden yellow buckle. In addition to the perfume for smearing, this perfume bottle and its outer packing box are exquisite artistic decorations
The imperial concubines in the late Qing Dynasty used British perfume called “foreign goods” for their makeup. Some of these perfume were paid tribute by Western countries, and some were purchased in Beijing.
