The cabinet is made of red sandalwood wood and is erected in a head to head manner. There are sixteen squares on the front, each with a door. The door is framed with a taped ring plate, and the ground is carved with a slanted swastika pattern. The relief on the ground is carved with a cloud bat pattern, symbolizing “ten thousand blessings”. Each side frame of the door is decorated with a Ruyi cloud head, with the Ruyi cloud head on the inner side being a movable bolt. The outer side of the door frame has shafts up and down, and moving the movable pin can open the small door. There is a partition wall inside the door. The four legs of the cabinet are covered with copper sleeves
The design of this cabinet is extremely exquisite. Although there are many doors open, each has its own mechanism. The Ruyi cloud shaped movable pin and the ground texture are integrated, combining practicality and decoration, which shows the exquisite craftsmanship of the royal utensils
