The clock has three layers. There are two needle clocks in the center of the front of the music box on the bottom floor, and a stone flower is arranged on the left and right sides of the clock dial. On the front of the second floor box is a four-character banner, which can be changed into four types, namely, “Happiness and Heavenly Qi”, “Good News Changchun”, “Fortune and Lu Wannian”, and “Peace and Happiness”. A bottle of rotating flowers is set at each corner of the platform. The upper layer is a blue enamel double animal ear bottle, the bottle body is decorated with a golden pattern of eight treasures and curly grass patterns. In the central circular window of the bottle’s belly, there are stones and flowers, and the shape and color of the petals can be changed, with four colors: red, green, yellow, and blue. Insert a flower tree in the bottle. The petals of the large red flower on the top can open and close, and a butterfly falls on the flower center

This clock has a variety of methods for handling stone and flower materials, including rotating, opening and closing, and changing shapes and colors. A small wheel is installed on the petals of the stone flower in the belly of the top bottle, and an umbrella wheel is used to push the wheel. A gate control is provided to change the shape and color. A traction rod is connected to the movement under the top large flower, and the relaxation of the traction rod is mechanically controlled to open and close the petals.
