This volume is inscribed on the light camel colored ground in ink with the running script “Lama Shuo” written by Emperor Qianlong of the Qing Dynasty. The work adopts techniques such as flat tapestry, structural tapestry, and overlapping tapestry. This work is exquisitely woven and beautifully decorated. “Lama Shuo” was written by Emperor Gaozong of the Qing Dynasty in the 57th year of Qianlong’s reign (1792) to establish the system of running the Jin and Ba dynasties, and then taped into a volume. This article summarizes the historical experience and policy of the Qing Dynasty in dealing with Tibetan Buddhism (commonly known as Lamaism), which became the basic program of the Qing Government in dealing with Tibetan Buddhism affairs, and its political role continued until the end of the Qing Dynasty.
