The robe has a round neck, a large front and a right lapel, horseshoe sleeves, and a train that opens from left to right. There is a sleeve extension at the joint between the sleeve and the body. The collar and sleeve edges are decorated with a stone cyan embroidered satin for happy encounters. The lining is pink satin
The robe surface is woven on a green satin ground using the makeup flower technique to weave eight clusters of cloud bat patterns. The cluster flowers are centered on peonies. The five bats are distributed around with silver ingots, ganoderma lucidum, Ruyi, chrysanthemum, and coral, and the eight treasures and auspicious clouds are woven between them. The eight groups are rich in colors, and each group has different colors. They are woven using the method of digging shuttles and according to the needs of the group flowers, using more than 20 kinds of silk threads and round gold threads of different depths, using a color matching method of two halos and three halos. The collar and sleeve edges are skillfully applied with a set needle, a seed needle, a hair applying needle, a connecting needle, and a sewing thread. This robe is finely embroidered and is worn by Fujin, the grandson of Emperor Qianlong of the Qing Dynasty
The robe is attached with a yellow stripe and is inscribed in ink with the following words: “See a green satin woven floral robe for a woman, received in Yingyu on November 8, the 33rd year of Qianlong’s reign,” and “A green satin woven floral robe for a woman.”.
