Blue and White Shoushan Fuhai Pattern Flower Mouth Bottle, with a height of 25.5cm, a caliber of 7.5cm, and a foot diameter of 10.8cm
Bottle flower mouth, melon ridge neck, shoulder slip, round belly, slightly outward curling with rounded feet. The neck is painted with flowers with broken branches, the abdomen is painted with a peach tree, and the branches are decorated with several longevity peaches. Under the tree are painted with mountain stones and river cliffs and sea water patterns. The space is painted with flying bats, and the near bottom is painted with a deformed Ruyi head and a broken branch lotus pattern for one week each. The foot is inscribed with six characters of the blue and white seal script “made in the Qianlong year of the Qing Dynasty”
The design of this bottle is ingenious, and the blue and white flowers are thick and colorful, with a faint dispersion. It has an artistic effect that mimics the Yongxuan blue and white flowers of the Ming Dynasty. The decorative pattern is auspicious, implying “longevity, mountains, and seas.”
