The tobacco pot is in the shape of a gourd, with round feet, and a copper gilded carved flower cover with an ivory spoon. The white glass tire is decorated with enamel patterns. Colorfully painted gourd patterns with luxuriant branches, green leaves, white flowers, yellow gourds, and five red bats flying among them form an auspicious pattern of “gourd generations”. The bottom of the pot is stamped with a blue “Qianlong Year” regular script
This tobacco pot is small and beautiful, with auspicious patterns. It is a product produced jointly by the glass factory and the enamel factory of the Qing Palace Manufacturing Office.
