Li Zuolu Ivory Carved Set Box

[Li Jielu Ivory Carved Set Box]

Li Jielu Ivory Carved Set Box was built in the 28th year of the Qianlong reign of the Qing Dynasty, with a height of 2.3 centimeters, a length of 5.3 centimeters, and a width of 4.2 centimeters< "The box is rectangular in shape, with a cross brocade pattern carved on the cover, a cloud pattern carved on the center, and a cross brocade pattern carved on the four sides of the box body and cover wall.". The box contains 18 small boxes of various sizes and shapes, all of which are hollowed out to create various patterns. The patterns are complex and dense, but the surface of the box is as thin as a cicada's wings. This shows the author's exquisite craftsmanship. The small box can be used as a dental chain for flowers, fruits, animals, or to store miniature melons, fruits, flower baskets, etc. There are about ten objects in total, and although the shape is small, it is lifelike. The center of the large box outsole is vertically engraved with a single line of regular script filled in black: "Made by Emperor Li, a junior minister during the reign of Emperor Qianlong, Emperor Guiwei, and Emperor Jichun.". In the 28th year of Qianlong's reign (1763), the third month of the spring in the Guiwei period of Qianlong's reign was March
In the autumn of the 23rd year of Emperor Qianlong’s reign in the Qing Dynasty (1758), Li Jilu entered the Inner Court as an official, lasting for more than ten years. His works are rarely handed down, and the only one with a famous inscription is extremely precious
