The steel sword body has a sharp edge. The bottom side of the sword body is decorated with gold, with a horizontal character of “Di Zi No. 8” and a vertical character of “Fu De”; On the other side is the “Qianlong system”. The front and rear sides of the sword are decorated with gold, silver, and copper wire patterns with cloud and dragon patterns. The gold-plated Yuanbao shaped hand guard has a wooden handle and a yellow silk ribbon wrapped around it. The black lacquer ground is carved with a tangled branch pattern, like a wishful shaped handle. The handle is pierced and tied with a bright yellow silk ribbon. The sword sheath is made of wood, covered with red shark skin, and paired with iron, gold, and silver, with a wispy carving pattern. On the scabbard, there are two horizontal bands of iron and gold, connected by lifting beams. Attached is a leather signature, written in Manchu and Chinese ink: “Di Zi No. 8 Fu De Jian with a weight of 32 made in the reign of Qianlong.” (Liu Liyong)
