The screen is made of red sandalwood. The two sides of the base are made into a cross shape, with three standing teeth for each side. The decorative processes on both sides of the screen center are different, with the front side inlaid with patterns of sea water, river teeth, and cloud dragon patterns carved from jasper, and the periphery is decorated with four loops of tapestry. The back is decorated with gold paint, with the same pattern as the front. The upper end of the ground screen is equipped with a cloud dragon screen cap
The Qianlong era was at the peak of the Qing Dynasty, with various handicraft technologies highly developed. After Jiaqing, the national strength declined and the production level of handicrafts declined.
