“Gold painted paint is as beautiful as imperial ink, with a diameter of 11.2 centimeters and a thickness of 1.7 centimeters.”
The imperial ink has a light body and is a round sunflower petal type pine smoke ink. The ink surface is carved with pine and cypress trees, distant mountains and close waters, with the sun and moon rising together. It is painted with gold and colored paint, embellished with radiance. The inscription on the back of the ink is written in regular script “Imperial Ink” in gold, and below it is “Made in the Dingsi Year of Qianlong”, with the imprint of “Tianbao Jiuru”. “Tianbao” comes from “Poetry · Elegance” and is a poem for blessing the monarch. “Jiu Ru” refers to mountains, tombs, funnels, and hills, which are like the arrival of rivers, the constancy of the moon, the rise of the sun, the luxuriance of pines and cypresses, and the longevity of Nanshan Mountain. These are all congratulations from my subordinates
This ink is painted with gold colored lacquer, that is, paint a garment on the original color ink, and then paint it with gold colored lacquer. Its color is durable and its color is bright. It was more prevalent in the Ming Dynasty.
