This furnace has an open mouth, a slanted and straight abdomen, and its four walls are trapezoidal. The wall surface is cast with sea water exotic animal patterns. There are symmetrical animal heads and heads on both sides, with a flat bottom, low circular feet, and four cloud shaped feet underneath. The four sides of the lid are made of inverted trapezoids, and the opposite sides are respectively decorated with hollow cloud dragon patterns and cloud phoenix patterns. The lid button is in a square funnel shape, with a hollow top and a lightning pattern around the edge. The outer surface of the device is brown, and the lid and inner wall of the device are covered with smoke marks
This vessel has a thick and heavy carcass, a regular shape, and fine ornamentation. It was made by imitating the bronze ritual vessel Fu of the Zhou Dynasty, and was used as a fuming furnace. It is one of the more exquisite antique bronze vessels of the Qianlong Dynasty of the Qing Dynasty.
