A silver plated rectangular basin with silk threads, with rice beads hanging along the rim of the basin. Each small Ruyi head is inlaid with rubies. The walls of the basin are lined with silk and the ground is decorated with patterns of burnt blue flowers and leaves and various kinds of blooming lights. The burnt blue flowers and leaves are inlaid with patterns of fruits and flowers made of jadeite, tourmaline, and rubies. Inside the blooming lights, various flower patterns are woven and strung with extremely small pearl stones such as rice, coral, and jadeite. The basin is decorated with coral, bamboo, and plum blossoms to form a “Qimei Shoushou” scene. The silver dotted mountains are filled with red, blue, and yellow gemstones. Behind the mountain, there are silver fired blue plum trees, coral trees, and Tianzhu trees. On the plum trees, large pearls, rubies, and sapphires are worn into plum blossoms. This bonsai is carved with gold and inlaid with jade, inlaid with pearls and silver, and covered with precious stones, especially a tree of plum blossoms. It shares 64 large pearls and 216 red and sapphires. It is finely carved and crafted with uncanny craftsmanship, making it dazzling.
