In the painting, the white body of the Honorable Buddha Mother, with three sides and eight arms, is white in the middle, yellow on the right and green on the left, respectively representing three different causes and merits. She wore a high bun on her head and a red five-leaf crown. The main arm has two hands in front of the chest, the left hand holds the diamond rope, and the right hand holds the diamond pestle. The other hands extend to both sides, with the right hand holding the small Buddha, the arrow, and the vow seal, and the left hand holding the fearless seal, the bow, and the vase, and sitting on the lotus seat. The picture is colorful, with landscape flowers as the background. The upper boundary is the 7th Dalai Lama, and the lower boundary is Immovable Vajra and Holding Vajra
There is a white silk label on the back of the Thangka, which is inscribed in Chinese, Manchu, Mongolian and Tibetan characters in four characters. The Chinese text is: “On the ninth day of July in the forty-second year of Qianlong’s reign, the emperor ordered Awang Banjul Hutuktu to recognize the image of worshiping the Buddha’s mother… the first on the right”.
