The bell body is made of copper-plated gold, and the four goats’ pack music boxes stand on the copper-plated base. The four goats look the same. There are stage scenes on all sides of the music box, including gentlemen and ladies gathered together. The mechanical device is behind the scene in the box. The top of the box is decorated with a fence, with crystal glass columns at four corners, a square cosmetic box in the center, and enamel painting on the front of the box wall, depicting a female sea god standing on a shell to control sea animals. The front of the box cover is decorated with 4 round agates, and a pink stone button is set in the middle. There are glass perfume bottles, copper plated scissors, tweezers and other cosmetics in the box. On the top of the cosmetic box cover, two double-winged angels hold a two-pin bottle watch with a metal wreath chain hanging on it. When the machinery in the clock starts, the music rings and the men and women in the music box set dance. This watch can be used as both a cosmetic box and a timepiece.
