Pao made lotus petal bottle, Kangxi of Qing Dynasty, 13.9 cm in height, 4.2 cm in diameter, 9.5 cm in maximum abdominal diameter and 3.9 cm in foot diameter
The bottle has a straight neck, a round belly, and a round foot. There are copper tubes from the bottom of the bottle to the edge of the mouth, and the tube mouth is slightly wasted. The edge of the mouth is decorated with a circular pattern. The lower part of the neck is decorated with lotus patterns, and the lotus petals are connected with grass patterns. The upper and lower ends of the abdomen are decorated with the corresponding variant inverted lotus petals for one week respectively, and the middle ring is decorated with four Ruyi head patterns composed of shallow curly grass patterns, with the characters of “Kang”, “Xi”, “Appreciation” and “Play” respectively in the regular script of the Yangwen
The bottle is used for flower arrangement. A copper tube inside the bottle can not only restrain and fix the bouquet, but also increase the stability of the bottle body
The shape of this utensil is modeled after the celadon lotus statue of the Jin Dynasty. The model line is obvious, the pattern is clear, the lines are soft, and the layers are clear
