This scroll was written in the 52nd year of Kangxi (1713), at the age of 54. At this time, it was at the time of the prosperity of Zheng Gukou’s cursive clerical script style. Wan’s family was affected by it, and the clerical script also showed the calligraphy characteristics very similar to Zheng Fu’s. This book is flat and square, and the thickness and weight of the pen are varied. The horizontal strokes are mostly thin, and the vertical strokes are slightly thick. It has no silkworm head and wild goose tail, and is more beautiful than Zheng Fu’s official script.
