This seal is stamped with the words “Kangxi Chenhan” and “imperial edict”. The initial seal is “Sun Mirror Cloud Extension”. The seal is “hidden in the treasure collection of Shiqu” and “three collections of treasure collection”
This scroll is a five-character quatrain in Wang Wei’s Three Miscellaneous Poems written by Emperor Xuanye Lindong Qichang of Kangxi. Lin is skilled in calligraphy and loves Dong Qichang’s calligraphy. He once searched all the authentic works of Dong Qichang in the world, and collected the gold inscriptions of the jade certificate into the secret pavilion. In his life, he wrote a lot of Dong characters, “more than ten thousand copies of famous books for entertainment”. This axis is the original of deliberate copying, with smooth writing and beautiful texture. It almost retains the inherent form and spirit of the original work to the extent of similarity. This is inseparable from Emperor Kangxi’s extensive knowledge, intelligent temperament and tireless diligence in his life.
