The boots were tied with yellow stripes, and the ink book said, “Emperor Taizong Wen, a pair of soap boots made of Sarin leather”, indicating that they were used by Emperor Tai Chi. The boots are of a long history and clear chronology. They are one of the rare clothing objects in the collection of the Palace Museum before the Qing Dynasty entered the customs.
