[Gold inlaid Zhucui earrings]
Gold inlaid Zhucui earrings, clear, a pair, 8.5 cm long
The earrings are tassel-style, with jade butterflies embedded in the gold brackets, and gold needles on the back for piercing the ears. There is a string of pearls falling down, the top one is a third-class pearl, and there is a gold bracket under it, which is engraved with the stamp of “Baoyuan Jiujin”. Under the pearl string are eggplant shaped emerald pendants, supported by lotus powder tourmaline, with pearls embedded on both sides
From the stamp, we can see that the earrings were made by folk jewelry stores in the Qing Dynasty.
