A lotus flower with a broken branch is painted in the center of the plate, and four groups of Ruyi head cloud patterns are painted around it. Each cloud pattern is painted with a broken branch chrysanthemum pattern, and the cloud patterns are connected by tangled branches. The belly of the plate is painted with 8 chrysanthemums and lotus petals
This plate is heavy and complete, reflecting the style and level of porcelain making in the Hongwu period.
