[Wang Chong’s Five-length Poetry Axis]

Five-length Poetry Axis, Ming Dynasty, Wang Chong’s book, paper edition, 144.4 cm vertical, 33.5 cm horizontal, running script, 3 lines
Interpretation:
Wild mountains and forests are secluded, and high people live in bamboo houses. Burning incense delays the swallow’s sleep. Welcome seat at Xiuling, and idle flowers fall on the road. There are many things in the world. A book favored by the king of Yayi Mountain
Seal “Wang Luji” and “Wei Wei Zhai”
This poem is one of the “Two Poems of Rao Shan Pavilion by Zhang Shierzi”, which is taken from the “Collection of People in Yayi Mountain”
The style of calligraphy is plain and straightforward, but the lines are fresh and vigorous, with traces of chasing axe consumption. It is more similar to the style of Cai Yu’s calligraphy, which belongs to the category of tactful and powerful, clear and vigorous characters, and refreshing bones.
