[Blue Jade Crouching Dog]
Ming, 1.5 cm high, 5.4 cm long
Blue jade, round sculpture. The dog is half prone, with its front paws folded and its rear paws curled up under the body. The back is embossed with obvious spine, and the ribs are carved on both sides of the spine with simple lines
Compared with the Qing Dynasty, the jade dogs in the Ming Dynasty are thinner and have obvious characteristics of the times.
