The “Understanding of Learning” was written by Han Yu, a famous writer in the Tang Dynasty. The content of the book is that Mr. Guozi entered the university and encouraged all students to study both morality and industry. He was questioned about his achievements in the near moral education, but he had such an opportunity. Finally, Mr. Yu gave an answer, so it was called “Understanding of Learning”. Han Yu expressed his dissatisfaction with the difficulty of developing his talent and ambition through the “Interpretation of Learning”
Song Ke was 23 years old when he wrote this volume in the Yuan Dynasty (1349). At this time, his Zhangcao style was slightly stiff and immature, but his muscles and bones were strong, and his posture was open, full of turbulence. There are a few Zhangcao knots and strokes in the modern grass, which are rich and colorful, showing Song Keshi’s new artistic creativity.
